Thanks to Auntie Anna, we were able to catch Fried Rice Paradise on Friday night. Fried Rice Paradise, a truly Singaporean musical, starring Taufik, Lim Yu Beng, Sebastian Tan and many others. This musical is written by Dick Lee and many other crews who are also behind the well known musical, Forbidden City. A good show you should catch! 4 outta 5 popcorns!
On Saturday, we went for the movie - The Expendables. The movie has lotas action (old) hunks, like Jet Li, Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone (who is also the director, writer of the movie). Some old hunks like Arnold and Bruce Willis are at the screen for less than 15minutes, so well, don't expect any action from the old men. Micky Rourke has no action in the film too. His hairstyle in the film is the same as Iron Man 2. Duh. 3 outta 5 popcorns!
Sunday is not lazy for us. We headed to Tiong Hwa for some 7th month ritual praying. But the main motive is that my ex colleagues are giving me my birthday present in advance. Muacks to them!
Counting down to Ko Samui trip! It's gonna be our first trip outta Singapore!
