Well, this post is kinda outdated. So sorry~*
On 4 August, it was some random Wednesday. Mum cooked my favourite Peanut soup and one of my favourite vegetables - french bean. However, she have to rush off to work at 6pm, so the other dish - Assam fish is handled over to YongSheng. I got no idea that YongSheng has not clean a fish before (when we mention clean, it means to remove all the internal organs and scales). I told my mum to go off work and stop worrying whether we know how to clean the fish. Grave mistake.
When YongSheng is back from work, I told him about his task - Cook Assam Fish. He was kinda stunned when I presented to him - a frozen fish. He was hesitating whether to do the cooking because 1) the fish is not defroze 2) the internal organs are not removed.
Bearing in mind that I am having only vegetables and peanut soup for dinner, YongSheng removed the gross internal organs and fish scales and started to prepare the fish. Totally heroic act.

Next it is the internal organs. Thank god I didn't see any bits of the internal organs. Yucks.
