Story of a Girl

It's been quite some time since I last blog on my personal blog. This is because I have been devoting my time to blog on the wedding blog. Before I am turning into a bridezilla, here I am, sharing my thoughts as a normal person.

It has been 2 or 3 months since I last stepped into workforce. I have been asked by my mum 'when are you applying for jobs?', 'are you able to find a job?' Seriously it is not easy to find one decent job. I thought I can survive those odd hours job but hell no. I am not going to spend hours in the office. This is so not me. For those bosses, stop throwing works at your staffs. I had enough and threw back all work at my superior. It is easy for staff to just shake their arses and get away with it. Note to bosses: If you think you pay your staff pennies to do your work, then forget it. This is the new world.

Anyway, I bet there are lotas more worse or worser MEs around. Our new generation of worker bees are not going to work the arse off for companies. Bosses should think of new way to attract employees and personally, I do not like to use the word - worker. I preferred terms like employee, resource partner, colleagues. This is more of the EQ thingy and it can helps employees to feel closer with superiors.

So, bosses, what are the small, little things which help you to pull the gap between yourself and your employees?
