Well, I did have two reports to hand in before the week ends. However, I am not in the mood to do the reports right now. Actually I am still overwhelmed by the photos I received from Fotohub yesterday. I went to process my first roll of 120 films, finally. The shoots were taken using Qing Hua Diana F+ which I received from YongSheng for Christmas, a day before we went to Australia for our Christmas holiday. I was totally overjoyed in my heart but I just too ego to show it to him. =x
I bought the camera along with us to Australia and used a roll of film. The toy camera is not a cheap hobby. I believed YongSheng who got his sister to buy the camera on his behalf, got it at around $200. He refused to tell me the price. The price is not inclusive of the 120 films which is approximately $10 per roll. We bought an instant back last weekend while we do shopping in Tangs. It burnt us a hole in the pocket with the price tag of $181.
We bought the film to various photo service shops to enquire about processing. Guess what? We came across shops which either don’t do the processing or charge us $8 for processing alone and $2 per photo. We freaked out hearing the price. Yesterday after a search on google.com, I found a shop – Fotohub which was recommended on Lomotion forum. I gave them a call and they informed me that the processing alone is $5 and $0.50 per photo. I went there with YongSheng during lunch time, they charged me $3.50 for processing and $0.60 per photo instead. Comparing it with the shop we enquired at Northpoint, Fotohub is like a heaven to us. I am certain that they provide a good place to develop photos!
